Spear Street Capital is a real estate investment company dedicated to pursuing select office investment opportunities nationwide. We focus on office assets and portfolios greater than $25 million in total value. Target assets are well designed and located properties that can succeed through proactive leasing efforts, physical improvement or repositioning, entitlement changes, or realization of adaptive re-use strategies.

The principals of Spear Street Capital have a proven track record as dependable and resourceful buyers of complicated office assets. We have bought, sold, developed or competed as buyers in every major office market across the nation and have creatively structured acquisitions to meet the needs of diverse sellers, including corporations, lenders, domestic institutions and offshore owners with tax considerations.

Spear Street Capital began operations in 2001 and is now investing on behalf of its third investment partnership which was formed in 2008.
